PURPOSE:To prevent metallic foil narrow pieces from peeling off a transparent plate because of rubbing with hands or the like by adhering metallic foil narrow pieces, which are arranged on the transparent plate like fins, to the transparent plate with an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The first metallic foils 12 and the second metallic foils 13 different from each other are laminated and are adhered to each other by an adhesive 4 to form a block body 11. The block body is planed along a plane orthogonal to the metallic foil surface or at a prescribed angle to this surface by a knife 15 of a planing machine to plane out metallic foil laminated sheet 16 from the block body 11. The metallic foil laminated sheet 16 is adhered onto a transparent plate 17 by an adhesive 18. The adhered structure material of the transparent plate 17 and the metallic foil laminated sheet 16 is immersed in an etching bath 19, and the first metallic foils 12 in the metallic foil laminated sheet 16 are dissolved and removed, and the second metallic foils 13 are adhered onto the transparent plate 17 as they are and remain there, and grooves 20 are formed between the second metallic foils 13 on the transparent plate 17.
