PRODUCTION OF COLOR FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To simplify a stage and to obviate the generation of blurring and dulling of colors and color mixing by dispersing a dye material into a resin having a photosensitivity then coating the dispersion thereof on a substrate and patterning the resin. CONSTITUTION:A resin in which the dye material is dispersed and which has photosensitivity is laminated on the substrate 1. The resist layer 2 thereof is exposed through a photomask 3 and is developed, by which a dye pattern 4 is obtd. The color filter having plural dye patterns 4, 5 and 6 is produced by repeating the above-mentioned stage by as much as the number of colors.
