<p>PURPOSE:To realize the easy, accurate and speedy document processing by arranging the document using the proper information of a specific area after reading in the proper information recorded in a memory medium to the specific area of a memory. CONSTITUTION:When an operator loads a recording medium 16 after switching on the device, the information registered on the recording medium 16 is automatically read in to a registered information memory 17 by the recording medium loading identification. Using the registered information, a proper document can be arranged accurately and promptly. The device also has an information registering means 20 to register a proper information to the registered information memory 17, and if new proper information is registered after the device is witched on and before the identification of loading of the recording medium, the information is retained and a proper document can be arranged by that information. But if the loading of the recording medium is identified before any new proper information is registered by the information registering means 20, the registered information of the recording medium 16 is automatically read into the registered information memory 17, using which a proper document can be accurately and promptly arranged.</p> |
