PURPOSE:To provide a control device capable of cutting off automatically gas supply in case where an excessive heating of Tempura oil is generated by a method wherein comparison of the standard voltage generated by output of a flame detecting circuit with the voltage of a temperature sensor, which is arranged to contact with a bottom of cooking pan, is made. CONSTITUTION:An electromotive force of a thermo-couple 21 become larger than voltage drop of an electrical resistance 17, the output of the voltage comparator 26 becomes a pulse output having loading resistances, which are the respective resistance of 27, 28, and they form the output of the flame detecting circuit 15. By this output of the flame detecting circuit 15, an output of the voltage comparator 33, namely the voltage comparison circuit 29 is turned into a pulse, as well as an output of NAND circuit 35, which drive DC-DC converter 37 to keep retaining a safety valve 47. Whereas, in case a sensor R67 becomes abnormally overheated due to an abnormal increase of the temperature of the Tempra oil, relation of the input voltage for the voltage comparator goes into reverse, therefore, a driving motion of DC-DC converter 37 does not work to keep closing the safety valve 47 and to shut off the gas passage. |
