PURPOSE:To increase the radius of rotation of a rotary lever and to easily allow a transmission gear tot leave a driving gear in a nonoperation state by making the fulcrum of rotation of the rotary lever different between displacement to a fast-forward drive position and displacement to a rewinding drive position. CONSTITUTION:The 1st pin 23 which is fixed to a fixed substrate 2 and where the 1st arm 20 of the rotary lever 16 abuts controls the position of the rotary lever 16 and also serves as the fulcrum of rotation during the counterclockwise rotaty displacement of the rotary lever 16 accompanying its fact-forward operation. The 2nd pin 24 which is fixed to the fixes substrate 2 and where the 2nd arm 21 of the rotary lever 16 abuts controls the position of the rotary lever 16 and also serves as the fulcrum of rotation during the clockwise rotry displacement of the rotary lever 16 accompanying rewindig operation. The transmission gear 31 fitted rotatably to the rotary lever 16 engages a driving gear 7 and a fast-forward gear 3 when the rotary lever 16 is at the fast-forward drive position or the driving gear 7 and an intermediate gear 8 when at the rewinding drive position.
