摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a point of inflexion to be accurately detected by allowing a point of inflexion to be determined after an engine has been made sure of its speed increase or decreased from the stated one where the engine is controlled so as to be started or stopped by detecting a point of inflexion in regard to the increase or decrease of the engine speed. CONSTITUTION:While a car is being driven, the engine speed Ne is monitored and determined by a computer for an electronically controlled fuel injection to see if Nei is larger than Nei-1. Here, Nei is the engine speed detected from hour to hour. When it is determined to be YES, it is next determined to see if (K+1) is larger than M or not after the count K is made to be (K+1). Then, when this is determined to be YES again, the engine speed is considered to start actually increasing. At a time when the above determination is made, an inertia phase (substantial change in speed) is determined to see if it has started. And when it is found to have started, the computer allows a command to be directed so as to increase the engine output torque. Then, when the engine speed Ne is found to have been increased above the value which is lower than a synchronized turbine revolution Nt1 by DELTAN, the computer allows a command to be directed to be directed permitting the engine output torque to be returned.
