PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce the burning noise, miniaturize the heat exchanger and improve the thermal efficiency by a method wherein a doughnut- shaped upper header and lower header are communicated by plural vertical pipes, a hollow flow control cylinder provided with plural small holes at the periphery wall thereof and an outer shell provided with plural small holes at the outer side thereof are respectively provided at the inner side of the vertical pipe group and at the outer side of the vertical pipe group. CONSTITUTION:By supplying a water from a water supply pipe 13 to a heat exchanger 1, the water is filled into a vertical pipe 4 and a lower header 3, then a hot-water is supplied from a hot-water supply pipe 14. In this case, at the operation of a burner 8 in a burning chamber 7, a high temperature burning gas is introduced to a flue 11 after striking the bottom surface of a flow control cylinder 5, moved up mainly through the space between each vertical pipe 4. Each plural small holes 6 and 10 are provided on the flow control cylinder 5 forming the flue 11 and on an outer body 9 correspond to the space between each vertical pipe 4, also the small holes 6 and 10 are provided in unsymmetrical manner. That is, a resonance type burner is composed individually, therefore, the noise passing through the flue 11 can be reduced effectively. |
