The top of the bag, folded over to form the closure, has superimposed openings traversed by the rod 17 integral with the half-shell 14. The other half-shell 15 engages on the rod 17 and is pressed to ensure the closing of the bag under the action of a nut 19. The free end of the rod 17 is flattened and presents a housing 27 to receive a seal 24 forming a staple. The seal 24 terminates at one end by a tongue 29 traversing an opening 21 in the rod 17 and engaging in a slot in the inner face of the opposite swollen end 25 of the seal in order to ensure a tamper-proof closure. <IMAGE>
