PURPOSE:To manufacture a substrate having an excellent specular surface characteristic, rigidity and heat resistance by imposing a specular surface plate with the specular surface directed toward a plate-shaped body on the plate- shaped body on the surface of which a liquid resin is made to exist. CONSTITUTION:The liquid resin 3 is made to exist in proper quantity by coating, etc. on the plate-shaped body 1 on which an undercoating resin layer 2 is preliminarily formed and which has 1-3mm thickness. The specular surface side 4a of the specular surface plate 4 is imposed on the liquid resin and the thin film of the resin is formed. The excess resin is discharged from the circumference. The resin is heated to cure in this state and thereafter the plate 4 is stripped by which the resin film having the specular surface is formed on the body 1. The manufacture of a substrate having the specular surface characteristic, rigidity and heat resistance is thus made possible. |
