<p>PURPOSE:To generate automatically a program by comparing a working pattern memory, a parameter memory, and a shape data with a working procedure, and rearranging them automatically. CONSTITUTION:A detailed shape data is inputted, based on a working state of a fundamental shape data as a reference in accordance with an input guidance. Subsequently, it is led to a rearranging processor together with a working pattern for indicating a working procedure stored in each read-only memory which is contained separately, a parameter peculiar to an NC lathe of a program generating object, and a turret number for attaching an available tool, and an available tool is also selected automatically. In order that the working procedure determined by the working pattern is made more correct, whether the number of tools can be decreased by using the available tool in common, or whether the working procedure can be changed or not is studied, and a change to programming of a higher level can be executed by a will of a program generator. In this way, an NC data program having a level of some degree or above can be generated, irrespective of an experience and a knowledge of the program generator.</p> |
