PURPOSE:To prepare a noodle containing gold foil, at a low cost, by drawing a raw material of noodle web in the form of round string at the final stage of the drawing process and scattering small pieces of gold foil to the inner surface of the curved web of the noodle raw material in the above process, thereby attaching the gold foil to the noodle raw material. CONSTITUTION:In the forming of a raw material of noodle with a rolling roll to a web, the surface is coated with a small amount of cottonseed oil to facilitate the adhesion of the gold foil. The oiled noodle material is subjected to the draw forming in the final stage of the drawing process by the use of a round rolling machine of the above noodle web. Small pieces of gold foil 2 are supplied to the cylindrical feed cylinder 3 of the round rolling machine extruding the noodle web 1 curved along the direction of width. In the above process, the foil is scattered to the inner surface 1a of the curved noodle web. The drawn noodle web is aged for about 30min. The gold foils are pressed from both sides with the noodle material in the course of passing through the rolling machine and the product is dusted with starch. |
