发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING HEAD LAMP OPTICAL AXIS
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a optical axis adjusting accuracy by adjusting the optical axis of a head lamp in such a manner that the position of the head lamp is computed by detecting an optical axis angle of the head lamp, thereby allowing a normal optical axis position to be determined. CONSTITUTION:A light receiver 3 which is movable up and down, and right and left as required by a moving means 1, is provided with a position sensor 2 a plurality of light quantity sensors 5 and an optical axis angle sensor 6 are also arranged in a light receiving screen 4 of the light receiver 3 and in the center of the sensor 5 respectively. Then, the receiver 3 is allowed to move to a position where a light quantity signal (a) is balanced, under controlling the moving means 1 by a movement control circuit 7. Also, the head lamp position is computed by an arithmatic circuit 9 based on such signals as an optical axis angle signal (c), a position signal (d), a distance signal (a) from a lamp distance setting means 8. Then, a normal optical axis position is comput ed based on the above computed position by an arithmatic circuit 10. Subsequent ly, the normal optical axis position is compared with the position signal (d) by a movement correction control circuit 11 allowing the moving means 1 to be controlled based on the deviation found by the above computation.
