PURPOSE:To absorb effectively a higher harmonic component by providing a controlling circuit for controlling a phase difference of a higher harmonic component of a fundamental wave inverter and a fundamental wave component of a higher harmonic inverter. CONSTITUTION:A phase difference theta is provided between a waveform of a higher harmonic component in a fundamental frequency, and a waveform of a fundamental wave of a corresponding higher harmonic inverter, and when a phase of the higher harmonic inverter is delayed from a higher harmonic phase of a fundamental wave inverter, a higher harmonic frequency circulates between both the inverters, and as a result, the higher harmonic component does not flow to a load 3 side, and electric power absorbed to a higher harmonic inverter 4 is regenerated in a fundamental wave inverter 2. In this way, plural higher harmonic inverters which use the higher harmonic frequency of the fundamental wave inverter as the fundamental wave frequency, respectively, are connected in parallel to a load feeding fundamental wave inverter, the higher harmonic of the fundamental wave inverter and the fundamental wave of the higher harmonic inverter are brought to cross flow by a prescribed phase difference, and a power source is regenerated effectively by absorbing the higher harmonic of the fundamental wave inverter. In this way, the higher harmonic to the load is eliminated, and also the power loss is reduced. |
