PURPOSE:To disperse reinforcing member of a mixing quantity to be desired on the surface of a necessary place by injecting thermosetting resin and an adequate quantity of hardener fully into molds, rotating the molds and adding centrifugal force by a revolution body device. CONSTITUTION:The insides 2 of the molds 1 are coated with release agent and a core shaft 6 is inserted into the molds 1. Reinforcing member 10b is applied to the insides 2 of the molds and hardened. Release agent is applied to the core shaft 6, a suitable quantity of hardening agent is added to thermosetting resin, stirred and then injected sufficiently between the molds 1 and the core shaft 6 coated with release agent. The rotary cover 4 is fixed, the molds 1 are rotated by centrifugal force of 50-500G around the rotary shaft 5 and after resin has been hardened in the molds, the molds are decomposed to take out the molded piece. Accordingly, if the shape of the molded piece is rotative, reinforcing member can be dispersed equally on the surface even though the sectional shape is irregular. |
