PURPOSE:To enable the bellows with an inner cylinder to be stably produced, using the ordinary producing technique of the bellows as it is by a method in which the cylindrical member formed preliminarily is supplied inside of an uncured cylindrical member, while folding it in diametrical direction and simultaneously said cylindrical member is expanded, applying fluid pressure from its tip. CONSTITUTION:A top force 5a and a bottom force 5b are moved in circulation,and a moving molding space 6 is formed. Then a cylindrical member 10 is inserted into this moving molding space 6, and its tip is closed by a stopper 13, and then pressurized fluid 15b is supplied thereinto. When a cylindrical member 8 is extrusion-molded, operating the main body 17 of an extruding machine, and then simultaneously pressurized fluid 15a is supplied thereinto, the cylindrical member 8 is pushed radially outward by pressurized fluid 15a and is pressed onto the bellows like inner surface of the moving molding space 6, thereby molding it into bellows shape. Simultaneously the cylindrical member 10 is expanded by pressurized fluid 15b, and is pressure onto the inner periphery of the bellows like cylindrical member 8 before it is cooled and cured, whereby it becomes integrally an inner cylinder 3. At this state, the cylindrical member 8 is cured by cooling and becomes a bellows 2. Thus, the bellows 2 with an inner cylinder in which the inner cylinder 3 is integrally fixed onto the inner periphery of the bellows 2, may be molded. |
