PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the habitability by a method wherein an air- conditioning device is controlled considering not only the room temperature as an air temperature but also a radiant heat. CONSTITUTION:When there is no radiation, only a room temperature sensor 7 operates and when there is radiation, a radiation sensor 8 operates besides the room temperature sensor 7 and outputs to a controller 6. In the controller 6, the opening of a valve 5 is controlled to control the blow-off temperature from a flow outlet 4 so as the temperature in the room 1 becomes adequate one.
