PURPOSE:To shorten the rising time of a room temperature, by a method wherein when the difference of the set temperature and the room temperature is large, the room air after heat exchanged is blown out from both blow off openings, the 1st and the 2nd blowers being rotated together. CONSTITUTION:At the 1st stage, at the rising time when the difference of the room temperature TA and the predetermined set temperature TS is large, the 1st and the 2nd dampers 9, 10 are opened as well as the 1st and the 2nd blowers 7, 8 are driven at the highest revolution to increase the air flow of the room air after heat exchanged, and warm air is made to blow out from both blow off openings. When the room temperature TA rise, and the temperature difference DELTAt1 becomes small, the 1st blower 7 is stopped as a 2nd stage as well as the 1st damper 9 is closed so as warm air is blown off only from the lower blow off opening 3. When the room temperature TA furthermore rises, the revolution of the 2nd blower 8 is gradually reduced as the 3rd stage so as to reduce the blowing volume from the lower blow off opening 3.
