PURPOSE:To make the feed and the recovery of powder smooth and to prevent the flocculation thereof by performing the conveyance of powder from a recov ery vessel to a stock tank which is set in the position higher than the recovery vessel by the suction of a suction apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A powder suction apparatus 2 is provided in the position higher than a recovery vessel 4 of powder and a stock tank 3 having a feed port 8 at a bottom part is provided to a lower part of the suction apparatus 2 via an on-off valve. Since the conveyance from the recovery vessel to the stock tank is performed by the suction, the recovery is made smooth and thereby, high reliability is obtained.
