PURPOSE:The titled film having improved anchor, causing no bond residue after long-period preservation, producible by co-extrusion, obtained by forming a specific adhesive layer on a polyolefin resin film. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive layer consisting of a resin comprising 100pts.wt. A-B-A (A is styrene polymer block; B is ethylene and butylene copolymer block) and 0-80pts.wt. tackifier resin (e.g., phenolic resin) having preferably 5-50mu thickness is formed on a polyolefin resin film, to give the aimed film. A weight ratio of the component is preferably A/B=5/95-50/50.
