PURPOSE:To automate a bending work by providing the rotary unit to hold the york and work moving in the direction perpendicularly intersecting with a bending line, also by arranging the pusher mechanism which is movable back and forth relatively to the york. CONSTITUTION:A movable york 40 is arranged in the gap of a table center, placed on the rail 41 is a machine base 25 and made movable in the perpendicularly intersecting direction with a bending line via a cylinder CY4. The upper part rotary unit 44 and lower part rotary unit 46 hold a work 60 and are respectively fitted to the tip of the upper arm 42, lower arm 45 of the york 40. The pusher mechanism 50 to feed the work 60 to the bending line is arranged on the lower arm 45 of the york 40. The work 60 is bet by up-bending die 4 or down-bending die 5 after being set to the center of a bender 1 and worked with the butt rotation under being held by the rotary units 44, 46. with this mechanism, therefore, all the work of the four sides is automated. |
