<p>An electrical measurement process for comparative determination of the power factor of a d.c. motor fed from a stationary or variably-located voltage source via a converter and a current measurement device, arranged in at least one switching arm and connected via a switch with an integrator or a similarly operating filter. This process should be capable of use with a reduced need for technical equipment compared with that of the present state of the art in the case of converters having any desired circuit arrangement. For this, the measured current is fed periodically to the integrator via electronic switches, if the switch of the switching arm is closed and if the output voltage between the terminals of the converter is non-zero and if there is a predetermined angular region which is smaller than one period of the output frequency of the converter.</p> |
