PURPOSE:To realize the actual cutting by a machine tool with the stabilized quality and high precision by observing the working cycle of the machine tool and feeding oil in a prescribed cycle in the working cycle. CONSTITUTION:An oil groove 6 is formed onto a slide table 4 side, and an oil feeding hole 7 for feeding lubricating oil into the oil groove 6 is drilled onto a bed way 5 side. Further an oil feeding means 8 for feeding a prescribed amount of lubricating oil into the oil groove 6 through the oil feeding hole 7 and an observation means 9 which observes the working cycle of a cutting tool 3 and supplies an oil feeding instruction signal into the oil feeding means 8 in a prescribed working cycle are provided. Said observation means 9 obtains the working information of a machine tool from an NC program etc. and judges the working cycle in which the cutting tool 3 exists, and outputs the oil feeding instruction signal into an actuator 14 only in the prescribed working cycle. |
