PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance of a rotary compressor and obtain its light-weight and high-speed design by constituting a vane and a rotor with a 3-dimensional network structure made mainly of a nickel alloy and its casting with an aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION:A 3-dimensional network structure made mainly of nickel or a nickel alloy is cast with aluminum or an aluminum alloy to form a composite metal. By using a cast body as a metallic compound of nickel and aluminum made of the said network structure and aluminum or an aluminum alloy, a vane 4 and a rotor 5 are constituted, thereby improving the wear resistance of the said vane 4 and the rotor 5, and ensuring the light-weight and high-speed design of a compressor.
