PURPOSE:To produce a casting of each large and small size by the same casting device by adjusting an air control and changing an oscillating speed of an oscillatable deckel through a tilting lever. CONSTITUTION:A casting device is constituted of a pouring part A, an air control part B and an electrical control part C. In this state, an air valve 4 is opened and closed by detecting a speed of a conveyor 1 by a cam, and taking a timing by a timer 3 of the electrical control part. In this case, an oscillating speed of a deckel 6 is changed optionally by adjusting a compressed air quantity from an air valve 4 by an air control 7. Also, a fluid resistance is reduced by forming the inside surface of the deckel 6 to a semicircular shape, so that a molten metal 8 is not oscillated greatly, and also the molten metal quantity per unit time is adjusted finely by setting a holding time of the deckel 6 by the timer 3.
