There is disclosed a tubular device which is used for fixing bones and joints; this enables, by means of transbone pins, to firmly bring to a standstill bony fragments in the desired positions. The tubular device is comprised of external cylindrical sleeves each of them consisting of three parts (X) (Y) (Z) which are consecutively connectable by their ends by means of an external thread (1) and an internal thread (2). The middle part (Z) presents a circumferential slot (3) having semicircular divisions (5). Inside the sleeve an internal cylinder having two holes may rotate. The pin passes through the slot (3) and through the holes of the internal cylinder (7) and may rotate perpendicularly to the axis of the external sleeve. The shoulder (6) secures the pin which is carried by the preceding sleeve when connecting the successive sleeves. The sleeves may be used as toggle joint between different tutors, due to the rotatory power of the pins in the slot of the external sleeve. |
