PURPOSE:To improve a damper characteristic, also to eliminate an influence of an ambient temperature, to simplify a structure, and to execute easily an assembly by winding a coil spring to a rotating body, and generating a torsion stress. CONSTITUTION:An end part 17 of a spring 16 is inserted into a groove part 13 of a projection 12 formed in a recessed groove 11 provided on the back of a piston 10, and simultaneously, the spring 16 is inserted into the recessed groove 11. Subsequently, a rotating body 19 is inserted into the projection 12 of the piston 10 by inserting a groove 21 provided on a shaft part 20 of the rotating body 19. In this state, when the piston 10 is pushed, a rack gear 24 is meshed with a pinion gear 22, by which the rotating body 19 is rotated in accordance with a moving extent of the piston 10, a torsion stress is generated in the spring 16 wound to the rotating body 19, and the piston 10 is decelerated. On the other hand, when a pressing force to the piston 10 is eliminated, the piston 10 is driven without being decelerated.
