The device is a force-multiplying device consisting of a plug-on component with hexagon socket and wormwheel toothing and a shaft worm which is turned by means of a change-over ratchet. The housing for bearing the worm gear formed by the plug-on component and shaft worm receives the reaction torque (= tightening torque) and is supported against rotation via bolts on a terminating disc which is attached in a positively engaging fashion on the hexagon socket of the blade shaft.
