The present invention relates to apartment units for Cosmos cities with or without survival centres, the astronauts being able to survive the "sleep during flight" at very high speeds of flight in spaceships. Each apartment unit is composed of two frame structures. The living room (2) is located in the upper part, in the centre. The room (3) with the entrance (4) is on the one side, this room (3) being divided into the airlock, the bathroom with the toilet, and a fitness centre. The room (5) in which the kitchen is located, with a dining corner and a workroom or child's room with a medical corner, is on the other side. The machine room (1) is underneath the living room (2). The air-conditioning system and the survival centres with the artificial nutrition units are accommodated here. The lower part is intended for the cellar, with all the stockrooms, energy sources, a waste disposal site and a mortuary. Apartment units without survival centres can be manufactured for the first moon stations. The inhabitants can be supplied from the earth. <IMAGE>
