PURPOSE:To easily perform accurate span adjustment, by calculating the output of an analogue/digital converter, obtained when reference load imparting an objective span value is applied, on the basis of the outputs of the analogue/ digital converter respectively generated when no load is applied and reference load is applied, and the objective span value. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer K for monitoring a wt. reads not only the output value of an analogue/digital converter J at the time of no-load but also that of said converter J when reference load is applied an preliminarily stores an objective span value. The microcomputer K calculates the output value of the analogue/digital converter, generated when reference load imparting the objective span is applied, on the basis of said values.
