PURPOSE:The titled sealant having improved weather resistance, etc., comprising an isocyanate prepolymer consisting of a mixture of an isocyanate group- containing polyoxyalkylene prepolymer and a specific acrylic prepolymer, as a main component. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. isocyanate prepolymer consisting of (A) a polyoxy alkylene prepolymer obtained by reacting a polyoxyalkylene polyol having >=400 number-average molecular weight with an organic diisocyanate compound and (B) an acrylic prepolymer obtained by reacting (i) an unsaturated monomer having a functional group capable of being reacted with an isocyanate group with (ii) an unsaturated monomer shown by the formula (R1 is H, or methyl; R2 is 2-14C alkyl) in the presence of a polymerization initiator and/or a chain transfer agent is blended with 0.005-10pts.wt. reaction promoting catalyst, and 30-250pts.wt. filler, and the blend is dehydrated, to give the aimed sealant.
