摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To recover high-purity metallic powder from a waste liq. with a small-sized apparatus by providing a cylindrical inner electrode and an outer electrode having reverse polarity in an electrolytic cell, furnishing a recovery plate for the surface of the electrode on which metals are deposited, and applying an ultrasonic. CONSTITUTION:A waste liq. contg. metallic ions of copper, etc. is selectively adsorbed on a chelating agent. The copper ion is desorbed by sulfuric acid, etc., and the soln. having high content of copper ions is sent to an electrolytic cell 10. A cylindrical cathode 13 or an inner anode is hung in the electrolytic cell 10, and an anode 15 or an outer cathode is furnished around its counter electrode. A recovery plate 14 is provided in contact with or close to the surface of the inner electrode 13, an ultrasonic oscillator 16 is furnished at the outer periphery of the outer electrode, and an ultrasonic is applied evenly on the surface of the inner electrode 13. The liq. is electrolyzed by rotating the inner electrode 13 or the recovery plate 14. Metallic powder of high-purity copper, etc. can be recovered with a low voltage and a low electric current by this apparatus.</p>
