<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a loss from being caused by overshoot, by providing nooks for increasing the cross-sectional area of a discharge passage, on the facing sides of plate-shaped teeth at a place where a coolant gas final compression process is replaced with a coolant gas discharge process. CONSTITUTION:Nooks 1d, 2d for increasing the cross-sectional area of a coolant gas discharge passage are provided on the facing sides of plate-shaped teeth 1a, 2a at a place where a coolant gas final compression process is replaced with a coolant gas discharge process. As a result, a coolant gas is prevented from being excessively compressed in a final compression chamber when it is connected to a discharge chamber. A loss is thus prevented from being caused by overshoot.</p> |
