The features of the information-bearing advertising ticket invention are depicted such that the normally empty rear side of travel tickets of all kinds are provided with advertisements corresponding to the size of the ticket. If appropriate, the advertiser provides his approved advertisements on the blank ticket himself, or by means of machines provided for this purpose, or has them applied by stamping. The German railway does not incur any costs as a result of this process because the tickets are distributed to passengers anyway. As is right and proper, all preliminary costs and the advertising costs to be paid at the ticket counter or the like are thus charged to the advertiser.
