摘要 The invention relates to a rotary-chamber vibration grinding mill whose vibrations are circular or form similar paths and whose milling pipes are equipped, parallel to their axes, with one or more freely movable chamber wheels which carry out movements which are synchronous with the rotating filling of the mill. By means of a diameter of the chamber wheels which is substantially smaller than the difference between the inner diameter of the milling space and the maximum customary vibration amplitude of 12 mm in vibration grinding mills, changing of the milling bodies in the vibration plane and over the entire length of the milling space is ensured. The technical progress which this constructional measure constitutes with regard to conventional vibration grinding mills lies in the fact that a compensation of concentration of the material for milling is obtained over the entire volume of the mill, that local wear zones on the armouring of the mill are eliminated and thus the service life is increased, that weakly stressed zones in the centre of the milling space are eliminated, and that a narrow energy distribution spectrum is obtained so that classifying measures are dispensed with, and also lies in the resulting condition for the use of previously unachievable mill sizes with milling-pipe diameters greater than 700 mm, in the manifold increase of the throughput with the same comminution objective and the same milling volume, and in the significantly reduced expenditure of energy per tonne of material for milling.
