摘要 PURPOSE:To minimize the discharge of an accumulator and to increase the lifetime of the accumulator by changing the rising slope of the output of a control rectifier in response to the state of an AC input system when the service interruption of the AC input is recovered. CONSTITUTION:The output of the control rectifier 2 is increased with the large slope under the control of the soft start circuit 42 of a gate control circuit 31 in the recovery mode of an AC input 1 and in case the capacity of the input 1 is equal to that of a large commercial electric power supply 6. While the rising slope of the output of the controller 2 is suppressed in the case of the output of a non-utility generator 7 having smaller capacity than the power supply 6 in terms of the input 1. In such a way, the output of the controller 2 is increased with a sudden slope with the power supply 6 and with a slow slope with the generator 7 respectively. Thus it is possible to avoid the excessive discharge of an accumulator 3 even with a commercial system where a short- time service interruption occurs frequently.
