PURPOSE:To solve problems of the appearance of an interference fringe pattern in image formation and that of spots in reversal development perfectly at the same time by consisting of a substrate and a surface layer having reflection preventive function and incorporating a material which dominates the photoconductivity into a multilayered photoreceptor, the first layer contg. Ge in a distribution nonuniform in the layer thickness direction, and the photoreceptive layer contg. at least one of O, C and N elements. CONSTITUTION:The conductivity governing substance (C) is incorporated in the first layer G1002 or/and the second layer S1003 laminated between the substrate 1001 and the surface layer 1006 having the reflection preventive function. The first layer G1002 contains Ge in a distribution continuous in the whole layer with a trend decreasing in the layer thickness direction from the side of the substrate 1001 toward the side of the second layer 1003. The photoreceptive layer 1000 contains at least one of O, C, and N elements. |
