PURPOSE:To connect an optional terminal without installing a high-priced video line for the number of terminals only by connecting plural video terminals to one line, changing over to an optional terminal, connecting to a line wire and connecting extensions themselves. CONSTITUTION:When a control signal showing a connection of a line wire and the number of a video terminal 4 are put in from an operating device 15, these are converted to a format which can be decoded by plural terminal control devices 2 in a control signal processing part 18, and sent through a control signal channel 6 to a control signal processing part 24. A control signal processing part 24 controls an video sound changing-over part 23, connects an information channel of a terminal 1 to the line wire, and exchanges a communication network 3 and a control signal so as to connect with the video terminal 4. Next, when an extension number of a video terminal 1' is put in from the operating device 15, the control signal processing part 24 understands that an extension connection is executed, and calls and connects the video terminal 1' through an extension interface part 22.
