PURPOSE:To simplify control of clutch while to improve the durability of clutch by enabling sequential and independent connection/disconnection of first and second clutches. CONSTITUTION:First counter shaft 20 to be coupled through first clutch 10 with an engine 1, second counter shaft 21 to be coupled through second clutch 11 with the engine 1 and an output shaft 19 are arranged in parallel where first speed change gear series 41 is provided to the counter shaft 20 while second speed change gear series 50 is provided to second counter shaft 21 to gear respective passive gear 51-54 with idle gears 35-38 and 44-47 while an unilateral clutch 42 is provided between second clutch 11 and second counter shaft 21. Since first clutch 10 and second clutch 11 can be connected/disconnected sequentially and independently, clutch control can be simplified while the durability of clutch can be improved.
