<p>PURPOSE:To make such sudden starting as entailing a proper shock attainable, by engaging a clutch speedily in the case where a fact that an accelerator pedal is strongly operated is detected by a detecting device. CONSTITUTION:At the time of performing a shift motion, a microcomputer 21 is going so as to detect whether a kick-down switch 30 is selected or not, and in a manner conformable to this, it performs operation for sudden starting or ordinary operation. When an accelerator pedal 24 is strongly operated and the kick-down switch 30 is depressed, the microcomputer 21 performs the operation with a sudden starting map. Clutch engagement takes place with a solenoid valve 36 being large in an effective diameter out of paired solenoid valves 35 and 36. Through this large diametral solenoid valve 36 fitted with an orifice, compressed air is suddenly fed to a clutch actuator 19 from an air tank 34, thus the clutch engagement is speedily carried out.</p> |
