MAGNETIC CARD TYPE PUBLIC TELEPHONE SET

PURPOSE:To automatically feed a telephone number of a partner in case of communicating with the same person as the previous time by adding not only a remaining time but also a telephone number memory region in a magnetic card and adding a reading and writing control function of the magnetic card in a telephone set and an automatic transmission function of a dial number stored in the telephone set. CONSTITUTION:In a transmission, a transmitter raises a handset 1 and inserts a magnetic card 7 in which a telephone number and a remaining time are stored into a magnetic card control section 4. A telephone set control section 6 stores a telephone number read from the magnetic card 7 by the magnetic card control section 4 in a region 9a of a memory section 9 and displays on a display section 3. The transmitter sees the telephone number displayed in the display section 3, when the telephone number coincides with the telephone number of a partner whome the transmitter intends to dial, a predetermined specific dial is pushed down on a dial section 2,m and then the telephone control section 6 reads the telephone number displayed on the display section 3 from the memory region 9a. Through a PB signal feeding section 5 the PB signal (2 as frequency dial signal) is fed to a telephone station.
