<p>A lymphokine has been produced from human T cell hybridoma derived from human T cells treated with keyhole limpet hemocyanin and has the following physicochemical properties: (i) it has a molecular weight of approximately 15,000 and 30,000, (ii) it is chemically unstable under an acidic condition, (iii) it exerts a natural killer cell activating activity, (iv) it exhibits no interleukin 2 activity, and (v) it exhibits no interferon activity.</p> |
