PURPOSE:To work easily and to stabilize the quality of a product by dividing a coupler linking a flat diaphragm and a bobbin into the small diameter part of the bobbin side and the large diameter of the diaphragm side and making smaller the depth of the small diameter part and the large diameter part. CONSTITUTION:The bobbin 5 oscillates the flat diaphragm 1 through the coupler 20 in the A direction of the arrow. A voice coil 6 is wound to the bobbin 5, and a damper 8 fixing the outer circumference is bonded to a step part of a frame 10. The coupler 20 is divided into two, namely, the large diameter part 22 at the diaphragm 1 side and the small diameter part 21 at the bobbin 5 side, the divided part is bonded with a viscoelastic substance 24 and between the outer circumference part of the large diameter part 21 and the step part 12 of the frame 10, the damper 13 is bonded. Thus, the depth of the large diameter part 22 and the small diameter 21 of the coupler is made shallow, the processing is easily executed, the quality of the product is made stable and the yield is improved. |
