PURPOSE:To enhance the elevatability of a glass pane sliding along a guide rail, by making the curvature of upper section of the guide rail correspond to that of the glass pane while the curvature of lower section of the guide rail is made to correspond to such a curvature that the lower end of the glass pane is directed to the joint flange section between the lower ends of outer and inner panels of a door. CONSTITUTION:The curvature of upper section 4a of a glass guide rail 4 is made correspond to the curvature of a door glass pane 5 while the upper section 4a is laid along and in parallel to the lower extension of curvature of the door glass pane 5 when the latter is in its uppermost position. Further, the curvature of lower section 4b of guide rail is set so that the lower end of the door glass pane is directed to the joint flange section 3c between the lower ends of inner and outer panels of a door. With this arrangement the storing length of the door glass pane is made long to prevent inferior sealing and damage of a sealing member, thereby it is possible to enhance the elevatability of the door glass. |
