PURPOSE:To prevent an enormous speed and decrease a change of a feeding speed by giving a resisting force at a start of a scanning by a speed adjusting operation due to a rotation of a rotating member giving an inertia load to a scanning section and gradually increasing the feeding speed. CONSTITUTION:To a shaft 22 of a rotating member 18, a gear and an encoder are attached. The rotating member 18 is a disk shape as shown in the figure and plural disk shape rotating members arranged. The rotating member used in the present device is preferable for a large specific gravity, and the shape thereof is determined by considering simplicity of manufacture and weight and capacity of the present device body. By changing a gear line and a ratio of a gear transmitting the weight and the formation and an inertia load of the rotating member 18, a resisting force or a scanning speed at a start of the scanning can be adjusted.
