<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled filter having a desired spectral characteristic by incorporating a water soluble resin having a photosensitivity and also premixed a dyestuff to a coating film and by controlling a thickness of a coating film. CONSTITUTION:The titled filter is prepared by incorporating the water soluble resin which has the photosensitivity and is premixed the dyestuff to the coating film. For example, the titled filter is prepared by coating a substrate 1 such as a glass plate with the water soluble resin such as a gelatin contg. a cyan dyestuff having a desired spectral characteristic to form the coating film 2c having the prescirbed thickness, and then by forming a cyan filter layer 2a according to a photomechanical process, and by coating with a transparent intermediate film 3 for a reserve printing on the obtd. layer. The obtd. layer is further coated with the water soluble resin contg. the yellow dyestuff having the desired spectral characteristic, and then is developed the coating layer with an exposure to form the yellow colored filter layer 4a, followed by providing a protective film on the obtd. filter layer. The green filter 6 is prepared by overlapping the cyan colored filter 2b, the yellow colored filter 4a and the cyan colored filter 2a, thereby omitting a coloring process and shortening a preparing process of the titled filter. The tilted filter having a good spectral property is obtained by controlling the thickness of the coating film, thereby being suitable to a mass production, and to less swelling in dying the filter and to a fine working of filter.</p> |
