PURPOSE:To change easily the layout of input data by replacing the physical information with the logical inforamtion that can be processed with data based on the decoded information and at the same time giving the physical information to a data processor after adding it to the data. CONSTITUTION:A layout data decoder 21, a layout data processor 22 and a layout data output device decode the layout data (b), i.e., the physical information on the layout of a series of data (a) outputted from an external input device 10 and processed totally by a data processor 30. The decoded data (b) is processed to the layout information of a style that can be easily referred to and outputted to a layout information memory 24. This action is carried out when the data layout is set at its early stage or changed. A layout information decoder 25 and a key information adding device 26 work in response to a data input request given from the processor 30 to replace the layout information with the corresponding key word to produce the data (c) with a series of key words and with the minimum pair of the key word and data. |
