PURPOSE:To improve the molding cycle of a flexible elastomeric plate by a method wherein thermoplastic elastomer is injected into an injection mold, onto which a thermosetting resin molding liner is attached in such a manner that the rugged surface side of the liner faces to the cavity side. CONSTITUTION:A molding liner 1, which has a rugged surface to put the predetermined indentation to a printing plate to be molded, is fixed on a liner fixing mold 2 by liner fittings 7 in such a manner that the rugged surface side of the liner faces to the cavity 5 side. Thermoplastic elastomer (aromatic vinyls series, polyolefin series, esterd series, urethane series or the like) is injected into the obtained molding tool A for manufacturing flexible elastomeric plate. The above-mentioned method is suitable for multikind and small quantity production. |
