PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and to facilitate machining by blocking up the upper end of an external cylinder of a roll rubber with a flat plate, and disposing a hole for detaching a rubber ring on the flat plate. CONSTITUTION:An external cylinder 18 has an upper end surface contacting a truck frame mount seat 17, which is blocked up by a flat plate. A positioning small-sized cylindrical projection is disposed at the center of the surface. A plurality of holes 23 are disposed on the periphery of the plate for blocking up the upper portion of the external cylinder, and a jig 21 is inserted therethrough in case of detaching a rubber ring 19 from the external cylinder 18. |
