PURPOSE:A shaft for ballooning control is set just beneath the front bottom roller near the top of the hollow spindle to prevent fluffs from wrapping. CONSTITUTION:One or more ballooning control shafts 13 are set right beneath the front bottom roller 1' on the side of the spindle near its top. A conical balloon is not formed, but a srained form of a balloon is formed, thus fluffs sticking to the covering yarn 7 are sucked into the hole of the hollow spindle 3 one without growing to large lumps. |
