Moulded pipe fabric contg. EVA copolymer pile fibres - pile fibres to prevent damage on removal from mould

A pile fabric includes a support from which pile fibres project and is moulded from a polymer material. The pile fibres contain >=90 wt. % of a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. Pref. the copolymer contains 2-30 wt. % vinyl acetate and an anti-adhesive (e.g. a fatty acid) to prevent sticking when the fabric is removed from the mould. Pref. the preportion of anti-adhesive is less than 1% by weight. Pref. the fibres contain 10% filler. Pile fibres of the compsn. are not damaged when they are removed from the mould.
